Wireless Communications Facilities Ordinance Workshop
The Planning Department will conduct a public workshop to present proposals for revisions to the City‘s regulations of wireless communications facilities and similar structures and gather comments from residents about the proposals and alternatives. This workshop is intended to inform staff in its preparation of draft ordinances. Public comments are encouraged. There will be additional opportunities for public comment before the City Planning Commission and the City Council.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor has called a Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Malibu to be held at virtually at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 16, 2020, for the purpose of hosting a wireless communication facility ordinance update workshop. City Councilmembers may be present to listen to the presentation and public comments but will not deliberate on any matters.
